Namabaale Noah's Ark has made huge leaps since Safina and Mr Kaya founded the community-based organisation eight years ago, with a focus on improving the lives of women and families in this rural area. All projects are funded by donations and we are grateful for whatever you can offer.
- Time! Would you like to be a volunteer? We need people willing to spend at least 2 weeks in Uganda, of all disciplines and experience levels.
- Stuff! We need good quality clothes and shoes (especially men's outerwear), childrens' toys (not battery operated), books for all ages, basic toiletries and bedding/linen/towels, sports equipment, musical instuments.
- Money! Noah's Ark Nursery will open in January 2018 and we are keen to avoid prohibitive fees for the children's families. We already have over ten pupils and two classrooms. There is much work to be done and any help is gratefully received.
